Meridian 16 Business Park – one of the largest business zones in the Republic of Croatia located in the outskirts of the City of Velika Gorica.

The vision of our company is to develop a unique concept of an eco-industrial business zone based on the principles of green building. The objective is to promote successful industries and logistics services, combine ecology and economy and become one of the leading destinations of the entire Zagreb area.

The four arrows in the logo of Meridian 16 Business Park symbolize Connectivity, Ecology, Croatia and Europe. 

Their orientation toward the center emphasize client orientation and our goal to support the clients throughout the whole development process.

Meridian 16 was the first project in Croatia to obtain an DGNB / ÖGNI certificate - an internationally recognised green building certificate as urban district / Quartierzertifizierung.

This certificate confirms a holistic approach evaluating all main aspects of sustainability in five categories:
