Investor company Log Expert One d.o.o. started performing construction works on the plot area of approximately 173,000 m². This plot will include two buildings with a total gross surface area of approximately 68,000 m² in which storage and office spaces intended for lease will be located. The completion of the project is planned for December of this year.
